Terms of Service

Last updated 3 October 2026

The rules for using Truveal. The parts most worth reading are the subscription terms, which explain how the trial and the introductory price work, and the fair-use section, which explains what "unlimited" means in practice.

Agreement

These terms are between you and MHS Central and cover truveal.co, Truveal Play, and Truveal Voice. By using Truveal you accept them. If you are using Truveal for an employer, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

Truveal Play lets you run live quizzes and icebreakers that participants join from a link or a code, with no account. Truveal Voice lets you ask a question and collect anonymous answers, which an AI groups into themes and summarises.

We develop the products continuously, so features may change. If we remove something significant, we will say so.

Accounts

Joining a game or answering a Voice question needs no account. Creating a Voice session does: you sign in first, and the session belongs to your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the security of the email inbox used to sign in, since sign-in is by emailed link.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Truveal to collect, store, or process content you have no right to process
  • Ask questions designed to identify individual respondents or to defeat the anonymity of Voice
  • Upload or distribute unlawful, harassing, or infringing content
  • Attempt to access another person's session, dashboard, report, or account
  • Probe, scan, or overload the service, or circumvent rate limits and access controls
  • Resell or rebrand Truveal, or share one account across separate organisations
  • Use automated means to generate activity or content at a scale no human would

Your content, and your responsibilities as a host

You keep ownership of the questions you write and the answers your participants give. You grant us the licence needed to store, process, and display that content so the service can function, including sending Voice answers to our AI provider to generate themes and summaries.

As a host you decide what to ask, so you are responsible for your questions being lawful and appropriate, and for telling your participants that you are collecting their answers through Truveal. If you operate somewhere that requires a lawful basis or notice before collecting feedback from staff, meeting that requirement is yours, not ours.

Subscriptions, trials and billing

  • Truveal Play is free. Truveal Voice is free to use, with a limit on how many AI summaries you can generate; Pro removes that limit.
  • Pro starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect your payment details when the trial begins and charge the first payment at the end of the 14 days unless you cancel before then.
  • Pro renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Payments are taken by our payment provider. Taxes may be added depending on where you are.
  • Prices can change. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects you.

Introductory pricing

Pro is launching at an introductory price of $19 per month. Three months after launch the price rises to $30 per month, and that rise applies to new subscriptions from that date.

If you subscribe at $19, you keep $19 for as long as your subscription stays active and keeps renewing. If you cancel — even for a month — and subscribe again later, the price then current applies. This protects your price while you stay with us; it does not freeze what the plan contains, which is covered below.

Fair use of unlimited AI summaries

Pro includes unlimited AI summaries for normal use by one person or team. Normal use means generating summaries for your own sessions, at human pace, as part of running your team's feedback.

We do not meter normal use and we will not surprise you with a bill. If an account generates more than 500 AI summaries in a calendar month — far beyond what an individual or team reaches in practice — we may contact you to agree a plan that fits. We will always reach out before applying any limit, and we will not cut off access without talking to you first.

The following are not covered by Pro, and we may suspend an account that does them:

  • Generating summaries by automated, scripted, or bulk means
  • Sharing one Pro account across multiple organisations, or reselling access
  • Using Truveal to process content you do not have the right to process

Changes to what a plan includes

We may adjust what a plan includes as the product develops. Any change applies to all accounts on that plan equally, and we will give at least 30 days' notice by email. Your price is separate and is not affected: an introductory price you hold under the section above stays as it is.

Availability

We work to keep Truveal available and we monitor it, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and there is no uptime guarantee. Live games depend on a persistent connection, so a deploy, a network problem, or your own connection dropping can interrupt a session in progress.

Truveal is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss arising from an interrupted session. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Truveal at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if an account is being used in a way that threatens the service or other users, or if we are required to by law. If we end a paid subscription for a reason that is not your breach, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Truveal after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and the courts of the State of Arizona, United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
